What is the Affordable Housing Program?

The Affordable Housing Program oversees more than 2,500 affordable housing rental units, including over 200 scattered site homes/housing units owned by Lucas Metro Housing Authority (LMHA). Our management team offers a full range of day-to-day property operations including maintenance, engineering, tenant relationships, on-site construction management, and property-level accounting or data entry. We place a high value on the quality of life for residents of LMHA and visitors of the under our care.
