LUCAS METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF SIXTY (60) DAY RESIDENT COMMENT
PERIOD ON PROPOSAL TO REVISE
UTILITY ALLOWANCES (Resident Paid Utilities)

In accordance with 24 CFR 965.502, the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority ("LMHA") is giving its sixty (60) day notice that it intends to revise its utility allowances. LMHA will implement the revisions to its utility allowances on January 1, 2018. This may also affect the amount of rent Residents pay to the LMHA.

LMHA conducted the required annual review of local utility rates and consumption. Based on that review, LMHA has updated its utility allowances.

The data used to update the utility allowances and the proposed utility allowance schedules are located on its website; at LMHA's Central Office, 435 Nebraska Avenue, Toledo, OH 43604; and at the Management Offices. It may be inspected by Residents, at the offices, during business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday.

LMHA asks you to comment on the proposed revisions. Please make your comments on the space below and return to LMHA's Central Office, Attention: Chief Legal Officer, 435 Nebraska Avenue, Toledo, OH 43604, no later than Friday, December 8, 2017.
