Lucas Metropolitan Housing to Hold Vaccine Clinics for Residents
Toledo, Ohio, April 16, 2021 - Beginning on Saturday, April 17, 2021, LMH will make COVID-19 vaccines available, for LMH residents, in clinics near their communities. Partnering with LMH in this effort are the Area Office on Aging, the Ohio Department of Aging, Neighborhood Health Association, Health Partners of Western Ohio, and Agape Second Chance.
The Vaccination Clinics scheduled for April include:
April 17, 2021 Spencer Township Neighborhood Center
330 Oak Terrace Blvd., Holland
9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
April 21, 2021 McClinton Nunn Community Room
432 Nebraska Avenue, Toledo
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
APRIL 27, 2021 Harry Hansen Terrace Community Room
3300 Erie St., Toledo
9 a.m. to Noon
Robert Dorrell Manor Community Room
5836 Southwyck Blvd., Toledo
1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
