The procurement practices of Lucas Metro Housing Authority (LMHA) are to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons or firms involved in purchasing by the LMHA. LMHA assures that supplies, services and construction are procured efficiently, effectively and at the most favorable prices available to LMHA. We promote competition in contracting, provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity and assure that LMHA purchasing actions are in full compliance with applicable federal standards and state and local laws.

The solicitation website provides a list of Invitation for Bids (IFB), Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). We encourage vendors to visit this site regularly as it will be updated as necessary.

LMHA encourages participation from certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE), Section 3 and Encouraging Diversity, Growth and Equity (EDGE) certified participant.

Cancellation of Solicitation

LMHA reserves the right to cancel a solicitation without prior notification for reasons it deems in the best interest of the Authority. Offers will be notified at the earliest possible time. You may confirm cancellations at anytime. LMHA is not required to compensate the offer for expenses incurred as a result of their submission for any solicitation.
