Department Info Housing Operations is responsible for the
day-to-day operation and asset management of more than 3100 public housing
rental units including over 200 scattered site homes.
Our team provides service to our customers, the residents of LMHA. The
housing managers and their staff have developed strong, professional
relationships between residents and management. As “ambassadors” for their
communities, housing managers foster customer satisfaction.
Our eighteen team members balance monthly interim recertification,
lease-ups, development tours, resident conferences, annual resident
meetings, staff meetings, HUD-required unit inspections, rent collection,
lease enforcement and magistrate hearings while maintaining a quality
standard consistent with the mission of LMHA.
Our Compliance Officer and along with a three member team ensures the
completion and accuracy of the resident’s Annual Recertification. A LMHA
representative will determine if any of the allowable deductions should be
subtracted from your annual income. Annual income is the anticipated total
income from all sources received from the family head and spouse, and each
additional member of the family 18 years of age or older.
