Maintenance Department The Maintenance Department is responsible for many various functions including, preparing vacant units for our next resident, clearing walks and drives of ice and snow, coordinating pest control and refuse disposal. We clean buildings, mow lawns and trim trees. We also perform certain fence and street repairs. In fact, we perform many of the day-to-day activities that keep our properties and facilities looking nice and in good repair. We respond to the needs of our residents. When a problem arises, a faucet leaks, a drain line stops up, you lose your keys, a screen gets torn or anything else goes wrong at your apartment, you call the Maintenance Department. On a daily basis our staff is prepared to handle your work requests on, a prioritized basis which includes handling all emergency requests within 24 hours or less. Work requests are taken from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM daily. Emergency operators are on standby 24 hours a day to handle any life or health-threatening situation.
