The Occupancy Department takes applications and does housing placements for the LMHA's Conventional Housing Program.

LMHA offers many different types of dwellings to its residents in the Convention Housing Program. The types of homes available range from efficiency apartments in high- rise buildings to five-bedroom townhouses in suburban areas. These choices are intended to provide residents with a wide range of options to best suit their housing needs.

THIS APPLICATION SOLICITATION IS FOR CONVENTIONAL PUBLIC HOUSING ONLY

Applications will be accepted two days per week if you are:

• A family household
• Near-Elderly (at least 50 years or older)
• Handicapped or Disabled

Applications will be accepted five days per week if you are:

Elderly (62 years or older)

Days/Time (s): Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
