Asset/Property Management is responsible for the day-to-day operation and asset management of more than 3100 public housing rental units including over 200 scattered site homes.
Our team provides service to our customers, the residents of LMHA. The housing managers and their staff have developed strong, professional relationships between residents and management. As “ambassadors” for their communities, housing managers foster customer satisfaction.
Our team members balance monthly interim recertification, development tours, address resident work orders, ready units for occupancy, resident conferences, grounds beautification, HUD-required unit inspections, unit preventative maintenance, rent collection, lease enforcement and magistrate hearings while maintaining a quality standard consistent with the mission of LMHA.
A LMHA representative will determine if any of the allowable deductions should be subtracted from annual income. Annual income is the anticipated total income from all sources received from the family head and spouse, and each additional member of the family 18 years of age or older.
The quality of our residents makes the difference in our communities we serve. We value their suggestions, which enhance the living environment in our properties.
