Asset Management is responsible for the day-to-day operation and asset management of more than 2,500 public housing rental units including over 200 scattered site homes.
The Asset Management team provides excellent customer service to our customers, which are the residents of LMHA and visitors of our properties.The property managers and their staff have developed strong, professional relationships between residents and management. As “ambassadors” for their communities, property managers foster customer satisfaction.
Our team also balances monthly interim recertification, development tours, address resident work orders, ready units for occupancy, resident conferences, grounds beautification, HUD-required unit inspections, unit preventative maintenance, rent collection, lease enforcement and magistrate hearings while maintaining a quality standard consistent with the mission of LMHA.
LMHA and the Asset Management department place a high value on our residents, and the quality of life while residing within our developments. In line with the LMHA mission and vision, the Asset Management department provides above quality service to those we serve.
