The procurement practices of LMHA are to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons or firms involved in purchasing by the LMHA; assure that supplies, services and construction are procured efficiently, effectively, and at the most favorable prices available to the LMHA; promote competition in contracting; provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity; and assure that the LMHA purchasing actions are in full compliance with applicable Federal standards, and State and local laws.

The Open Bids section provides a list of Invitation for Bids (IFB), Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).  We encourage vendors to visit this site regularly as it will be updated as necessary.
