PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
FOR THE COLLINGWOOD GREEN
MIXED-INCOME COMMUNITY
I. Introduction of Project
The Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority Toledo (“LMHA” or the “Authority”) is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide property management services for a 272-unit multi-family rental development. Serving as the developer of this planned three phase development, LMHA’s goal is to redevelop an existing public housing development with 400 units of obsolete and decayed housing, into a new and thriving community to be known as Collingwood Green.
II. Scope of Services
The selected company will serve as subcontractor to LMHA, which will hold the direct management contract with each tax credit partnership owner. The selected company will be expected to provide property management services for a period of two years with LMHA reserving the right to renew the contract for three additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total contract duration of five years.
III. Submission of Proposal
All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm ET on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at the office of Ms. Cynthia Tetterton-Williams, LMHA Manager of Procurement and Contracts, located at 435 Nebraska Avenue, Toledo, Ohio, 43604. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Central Office of the LMHA (435 Nebraska Avenue) on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 2:00 pm ET, to publicly answer questions about this Request and to clarify items as requested. All companies attending this conference will receive a written copy of the summary of the session. Any company not attending the conference may request a printed copy of this summary by contacting Ms. Cynthia Tetterton-Williams via email at ctetterton-williams@lucasmha.org.
