LMHA opens its HCV waiting list on an as needed basis. When LMHA determines that the list is to be opened, public notice of the opening will be made in the local newspaper and through such other media as determined necessary to reach potentially eligible households not otherwise likely to apply.

If you have a property or properties you would be interested in listing with Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority, you can electronically submit them via the form found on the Landlord Referral page of our website.  You can also download the Landlord Form and contact LMHA

Who do I talk to about my rent?
If in the Public Housing program, contact your Property Manager.  If you are on the Housing Choice Voucher Program, all questions should first begin by contacting your Housing Specialist.
