Redevelopment and Capital Reinvestment Team

Primary responsibility of the RCI team is, to support LMHA mission, in cooperation and partnership with LMHA residents, local, state and private community stakeholders by:

 1.Providing safe, sanitary, secure, attractive and housing in good repair by upgrading, renovate/rehabilitating existing LMHA developments
  
 2.Increasing housing choices for the needy residents of the Toledo Metropolitan Area by seeking and expending resources to redevelop existing/develop new affordable rental housing and affordable homes for the homeownership

 3. Creating opportunities for the LMHA residents in the skills training programs and employment in the construction and redevelopment projects.

The LMHA Development Office is part of the RCI Team and offers a number of ways to assist in the purchase or rental of a home.  Whether you currently are a participant in the LMHA programs or not, this office might have a program to suit your needs.
